“Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.” Matthew 18:19 NIV
Jesus’ promise of the multiplied power of a prayer of agreement, even with just one other person, speaks volumes to the benefit of seeking out partners with whom to pray.
In this same passage He goes on to say that “where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.”(vs. 20)
With such pointed assurances from Jesus Himself of His presence and power, let us not hesitate, whenever possible, to gather with others to hallow His name and seek His will.
