Genesis 26:2-3 Promise to Isaac

2  The LORD appeared to Isaac and said, “Do not go down to Egypt; live in the land where I tell you to live.  3  Stay in this land for a while, and I will be with you and will bless you. For to you and your descendants I will give all these lands and will confirm the oath I swore to your father Abraham.

Genesis 28:15  Promise to Jacob at Bethel

15  I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.”  16  When Jacob awoke from his sleep, he thought, “Surely the LORD is in this place, and I was not aware of it.”  17  He was afraid and said, “How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God; this is the gate of heaven.”  18  Early the next morning Jacob took the stone he had placed under his head and set it up as a pillar and poured oil on top of it.  19  He called that place Bethel, though the city used to be called Luz.  20  Then Jacob made a vow, saying, “If God will be with me and will watch over me on this journey I am taking and will give me food to eat and clothes to wear  21  so that I return safely to my father’s house, then the LORD will be my God  22  and this stone that I have set up as a pillar will be God’s house, and of all that you give me I will give you a tenth.” 

Genesis 31:3 Promise to Jacob

2  And Jacob noticed that Laban’s attitude toward him was not what it had been.  3  Then the LORD said to Jacob, “Go back to the land of your fathers and to your relatives, and I will be with you.”

Genesis 46:4-5  Promise to Jacob going down to Egypt

I will go down to Egypt with you,and I will surely bring you back again. And Joseph’s own hand will close your eyes.”  5  Then Jacob left Beersheba, and Israel’s sons took their father Jacob and their children and their wives in the carts that Pharaoh had sent to transport him.

Genesis 48:21  Promise to Joseph

21  Then Israel said to Joseph, “I am about to die, but God will be with youand take you back to the land of your fathers.  22  And to you, as one who is over your brothers, I give the ridge of land I took from the Amorites with my sword and my bow.”

Exodus 3:11-12  Promise to Moses

11  But Moses said to God, “Who am I, that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt?”  12  And God said, “I will be with you. And this will be the sign to you that it is I who have sent you: When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you will worship God on this mountain.”

Deuteronomy 31  Promise to Israel

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”  7  Then Moses summoned Joshua and said to him in the presence of all Israel, “Be strong and courageous, for you must go with this people into the land that the LORD swore to their forefathers to give them, and you must divide it among them as their inheritance.  8  The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”

Joshua 1:5-6  God’s Promise to Joshua

5  No one will be able to stand up against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you.  “Be strong and courageous, because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their forefathers to give them.

Judges 6:15-16  God’s Promise to Gideon

15  “But Lord, ” Gideon asked, “how can I save Israel? My clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my family.”  16  The LORD answered, “I will be with you, and you will strike down all the Midianites together.”

1 Kings 11:38  Promise to Jereboam

38  If you do whatever I command you and walk in my ways and do what is right in my eyes by keeping my statutes and commands, as David my servant did, I will be with you. I will build you a dynasty as enduring as the one I built for David and will give Israel to you.

2 Chronicles 20:16-17  Promise to Jehoshaphat – Ammon, Moab and Mount Seir,

16  Tomorrow march downagainst them. They will be climbing up by the Pass of Ziz, and you will find them at the end of the gorge in the Desert of Jeruel.  17  You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the LORD will give you, O Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Go out to face them tomorrow, and the LORD will be with you.'”

Isaiah:43:1-2  Promise to Israel

But now, this is what the LORD says– he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.  2  When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.

Jeremiah 1:6-8  Promise to Jeremiah

6  “Ah, Sovereign LORD,” I said, “I do not know how to speak; I am only a child.”  7  But the LORD said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am only a child.’ You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you.  8  Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you,” declares the LORD.

Amos 5:14  Promise to Israel – Obedience

14  Seek good, not evil, that you may live. Then the LORD God Almighty will be with you, just as you say he is.

Haggai 1:13-14  Promise to Israel as the Rebuild the Temple

13  Then Haggai, the Lord’s messenger, gave this message of the LORD to the people: “I am with you,”declares the LORD.  14  So the LORD stirred up the spirit of Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and the spirit of the whole remnant of the people. They came and began to work on the house of the LORD Almighty, their God,

Haggai 2:4  Promise to Zerubbabel & Joshua

4  But now be strong, O Zerubbabel,’ declares the LORD. ‘Be strong, O Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest. Be strong, all you people of the land,’ declares the LORD, ‘and work. For I am with you,’ declares the LORD Almighty.

Matthew 28:18-20  Jesus Promise to His Disciples  

18  Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me  19  Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,  20  and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Acts 18:9-11  Promise to Paul at Corinth

9  One night the Lord spoke to Paul in a vision: “Do not be afraid; keep on speaking, do not be silent.  10  For I am with you, and no one is going to attack and harm you, because I have many people in this city.”  11  So Paul stayed for a year and a half, teaching them the word of God.
